The one word I would use to describe Ruf is friendly, but there are so many others that would have to go with it. It’s accuracy, it’s clarity and it’s the helping hand that if I don’t understand it I know that I got somebody always there that will take me by the hand and walk me through it. So it’s friendly, but there’s so much expertise that goes behind that word...If you’ll let me use the hyphen, I’d call it consumer-centric.”
